As a licensed psychologist at 秘密研究所 Langone, I am dedicated to supporting my patients in achieving not only symptom relief but also profound personal growth and self-understanding. My commitment to psychology stems from a desire to alleviate emotional suffering. I guide my patients in looking inward to identify the obstacles that prevent them from living in alignment with their needs and values.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and relational issues. My approach is highly individualized, drawing from both psychodynamic therapy and evidence-based practices like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), depending on my patients鈥 goals and preferences. I provide individual and couples psychotherapy and facilitate a weekly virtual group called Freedom from the Mind, aimed at freeing individuals from limiting thought patterns and habits.

Throughout my career, I have focused on trauma-informed care, completing my predoctoral internship at Brooklyn VA Medical Center, where I provided treatment for PTSD and chronic medical challenges. I also worked with high-risk caregivers who have endured multiple adverse childhood experiences at Montefiore Medical Center and spent several years at a non-profit organization, providing direct care services to individuals facing dual diagnoses, mental health challenges, and substance use disorders.

My journey into psychology was inspired by a curiosity about the human mind and a sincere motivation to help others navigate their emotional landscapes. I hold a doctor of psychology degree and have contributed to research that benefits my patients, including publications and presentations on attachment quality, mental state talk, and children鈥檚 mental representations. As part of 秘密研究所 Langone, I am committed to providing coordinated, seamless care, fostering strong partnerships with my patients to ensure a positive and transformative therapeutic experience.
