Family and friends pinned me as a pediatrician from a young age. I have always been drawn to children and cherish the relationships I have been privileged to develop over time with children and their families. I particularly relish partnering with mothers, fathers, and other caregivers who know their children best.

I also identify as an educator. Whether teaching an adolescent, a new mother, a medical student or a resident, I enjoy building each other’s knowledge as I have learned as much from others as I have been able to teach them. 

After a long career as a general pediatrician and leader in medical education at ������� Langone Health, I am grateful to be able to focus my current time supervising ������� Grossman School of Medicine medical students and residents in the general pediatric outpatient clinic at NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue, which has been my clinical home for over 30 years. I further enjoy continuing to advise and mentor future pediatricians and leaders in medical education.
