As an infectious diseases physician practicing at �����о��� Langone’s Tisch Hospital, Kimmel Pavilion, and �����о��� Langone Hospital—Brooklyn, I am dedicated to providing personalized care that builds trust and supports each patient’s wellbeing. I am detail-oriented and committed to gathering all necessary information to understand the best way to help each patient.

I treat patients with a wide range of infections, including bloodstream infections, sexually transmitted infections, and chronic viruses such as HIV and hepatitis B and C. I have a special interest in multidrug-resistant bacteria, which inspired me to take on the role of medical director of antimicrobial stewardship. In this position, I work to ensure antibiotics are used responsibly across ������� Langone Health by guiding appropriate selection, dosing, and duration to optimize treatment while minimizing side effects.

Additionally, I serve as the healthcare epidemiologist for high-consequence pathogens, leading preparedness efforts for emerging infectious threats, such as Ebola, Mpox, and H5N1 influenza. Much of my time is devoted to administrative roles aimed at improving care for all patients across the health system—work that ultimately enhances the care I provide to my own patients.

My journey into infectious diseases practice began with a fascination for conditions caused by living organisms—whether bacteria, viruses, fungi, or parasites. I enjoy working with diseases that affect many different organs. This broad scope of practice, coupled with the ability to cure many infectious diseases, inspired me to pursue a career in this field. As part of �����о��� Langone, I collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the highest standard of comprehensive and coordinated care for my patients.
