I specialize in treating patients with a wide range of concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, personality disorders, and adjustment disorders. Additionally, I lead a weekly therapy group focused on helping individuals navigate their cultural and racial identities.

My practice is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, and I integrate techniques from emotion-focused therapy (EFT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to facilitate self-understanding and co-create lasting changes.
